A product is a single item in your catalog that you want to generate mockups for  - for example, a snapback hat or a linen polo. Each product has its own template and render settings.

Each time Brandmock generates a personalized mockup image  - whether triggered automatically from an email or manually from the dashboard  - it uses one render credit. Credits reset on your billing date each month.

You’ll get a heads-up when you’re close. Once you hit the limit, renders pause until the next cycle. You can always upgrade mid-cycle and the new credits kick in immediately  - no proration headaches.

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial on the Growth plan  - no credit card required. You’ll have full access to 5 products and 400 renders so you can see real results before committing.

No. Your logos, product images, and prospect data are never used to train models. Renders are generated on demand and cached only for your account. You own everything.
